NGV 2012 : Positioning NGVs for Evolving Transportation
Chuncheon, South Korea, from October 9-11, 2012.
NGV 2012, the 13th Biennial Conference and Exhibition of NGV Global, will celebrate the achievements of the natural gas vehicle industry since the Rome, June 2010 event and appraise the future as presenters and participants consider strategies and responses to the evolving transportation environment. Additionally, the conference will consider the leadership role of local government bodies around the world, including host city Chuncheon, with a dedicated conference sub-theme ‘Local Policy : Global Impact‘.
The NGV 2012 Program Committee invites authors to submit abstracts of papers to be considered for inclusion in the Conference Program and for the concurrent Poster Program.
Abstracts will address any of the following topics, giving consideration to the conference themes:
- Advanced and evolving technologies for NGVs
- Adapting emerging advanced technologies for natural gas vehicles
- OEM advanced technology NGVs
- Natural gas vehicle and engine product and technology
- CNG and LNG production and storage technology
- Government policy
- Local government case studies and initiatives
- Fleet operations and case studies
- Industry safety and standards
- Marine and off-road applications for natural gas engines
- Marketing case studies and initiatives
- Biomethane use in natural gas vehicles
- Country reports
- Environment, emissions and sustainability (as they pertain to natural gas vehicles)
The submission period for abstracts closes 13 January 2012.
