V Expo GNC – Buenos Aires, Argentina – November 10-12, 2011
As the Argentine NGV industry experiences a resurgence, co-hosts the Argentina Chamber of Compressed Natural Gas (CAGNC) and the Argentina Chamber of Gas Equipment Producers (CAPEC) are expecting a high level of participation at their forthcoming International Conference on CNG and other Gaseous Fuels. The theme, towards economical and sustainable transportation, will be explored through presentations, roundtables, workshops and technical tours across three days.
The development of biomethane and other renewable gases is the subject of one of the roundtables – The future is here: biogas, biomethane, hydrogen – coordinated by Manuel Lage, General Manager of NGVA Europe, which will draw heavily on Europe’s progress with these fuels.
Recognising the benefits available to fleet owners and operators of heavy duty vehicles, the program also includes a roundtable entitled Global Priority: gasification of heavy transport.
Workshops address the topics of:
- Dispensing and Stations: Technologies of gas compression and international norms
- 5th Generation Conversion Equipment: latest CNG
- Cylinders: Security and technology innovation
Technical tours are a major feature of the Expo. There are several to choose from, with tours offered by Kioshi, T.A, Oyrsa, Galileo, Agira and Aspro covering the manufacture and/or installation of CNG cylinders, CNG conversion kits, CNG fueling station equipment including compression equipment and dispensers, and CNG transport.
